Sifu Chris has an extensive Martial Arts background with over 15 years of experience in many different fighting styles and systems, including but not limited to:

Eskrima, Eskrido, Jeet Kune Do, Boxing, Muay Thai, American Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Tae Kwon Do, Silat, Capoeira, Shoot Wrestling.


He is also a very accomplished competitive Full Contact Stick Fighting Champion and was team captain of Team IMAF of Livingston NJ. Chris held the title of two-time full contact stick fighting East Coast Champion and competed in a 6 round Doce Pares super fight. Chris has also competed in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu tournaments from east coast to west coast from NAGA and Grapplers Quest to the Mundials.


Chris has worked extensively with children of all ages. Chris has been trained in childhood development and education. He has taught and trained people of all walks of life including law enforcement, military and security personnel, dancers, musicians, athletes, adults and children with physical limitations and developmental limitations. Chris has also instructed self-defense and safety seminars and workshops for women, children, and college students. 


Chris graduated from William Paterson University in May, 2006 with a B.A. in Communications he then completed his M.A. in Education and Human Services in May, 2013 at Seton Hall University.  Always continuing to learn, he earned a second M.A. in Educational Leadership in June, 2015 from Thomas Edison State.  Over his educational career, he has attained a New Jersey Teacher of Television Broadcasting certification, New Jersey Supervisor certificate, and New Jersey Principal's certificate of eligibility.
