Habits make up who we are. Success is earned through hard work and sweat, by grinding day in and day out, creating those habits.

Nobody can do it for you. You need to do it for yourself.

Successful people didn't just wake up one day successful. They did little things day in and day out, consistently, to achieve their goals.

There is no secret. There is no magic pill to success. It's hard work. It's the basics done over and over again. A black belt is just a white belt who never quit.

You don't get in shape by eating healthy and working out for a week and then going back to eating poorly and sitting on your couch. It’s making the small, sustainable changes to your lifestyle. That’s why diets don’t work. Diets are temporary. Instead, you need to live the martial arts lifestyle.

There's no secret to reaching your goals. It's waking up each day and deciding to continue to work towards them, little by little. You should be taking small steps towards your goals every day. And if you aren't, you don't really want it. You only kind of want it. You will only succeed to the level of your dreams when you decide to make the transition from kind of wanting it to making it a priority in your life.

Don't tell me you don't have the time or the money, those are excuses. If you want it bad enough, you will make the time and find a way.
